The William Brady Organization operates 11 sober houses that houses between 50 to 60 clients at all times.
 
All of our homes provides residents with breakfast, lunch, and dinner in their personal container. All of our homes are completely furnished, including appliances, cable television, telephone services, etc. There is a live-in house monitor in each home. This person provides a range of services to our residents intended to help ensure a safe, healthy, wholesome living environment, while at the same time ensuring the program rules policies are adhered to by our clients.
 
Our program provides our clients with numerous interactive activities to facilitate our clients’ independence while enhancing positive socialization. In addition, clients are provided with group activities, including counseling and specialized in group sessions.
 
The healthcare industry is both dynamic and competitive our organization is completely aware of both these factors. As far as the mental health aspect of the industry, data indicates that there is no shortage of clients as far as The William Brady Charitable Organization’s target population These are homeless individuals who experience more mental health problems. These are the individuals that most service providers often declined as clients. They are truly the hard to serve. our organization has a very successful record in working with such patients/clients. 
 Homeless individuals with serious mental health problems are very difficult to work with. These individuals are generally dual diagnosed, i.e., possess multiple problems. Often these individuals possess in addition to severe mental health issues such problems include but are not limited to the following:
 
Medical health problems
 
Alcoholism
Drug abuse problems
Poor rental histories, affecting their ability to secure safe and adequate housing
Low income status (office recipients of supplemental security income (SSI)
All of these complex and varied problems contribute to homeless persons, possessing serve mental health problems, obtaining the services the requirements. Again, obtaining decent housing is one of their most prevalent problems
